Mr. Arevalo has a well-rounded background that covers all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, construction and leasing. Throughout his 30-year career, he worked his way from the ground up and garnered a reputation for his skills in component and modular construction, turnkey solutions, and design-build solutions.
Mr. Arevalo first entered the industry due to his interest in engineering and construction. He held a variety of positions, and led and executed high-profile projects. He has constructed numerous education projects, health care projects, and commercial projects of all sizes and complexities. Although highly accomplished, Mr. Arevalo believes the highlight of his career was growing business segments and applications that were not traditionally designed for component-based and/or modular construction, and serving all business segments.
In his current role, Mr. Arevalo handles a myriad of responsibilities. He is tasked with providing technical resource support to sales and operational teams across all regions and locations where MMMC is presently engaged in business, offering value-engineering to develop creative answers to client’s space requirements, to utilize both existing equipment and new equipment solutions, participating in AHJ meetings, and collaborating with industry advocates, to track, monitor and influence pending code or legislation changes that directly impact go to market strategies and which impact the overall modular industry. He attributes his success to his perseverance and remaining focused on the task at hand.
