Salt Lake City, UT, September 29, 2016, Susan Sandberg, Director of Consulting Services (Retired) of Oracle, has been recognized by Elite American Executives, for dedication, achievement and leadership in information technology.
Ms. Sandberg’s career is distinguished with such achievements as working in various positions for a multitude of large companies. Having worked as a manager, director, vice president and consultant in these roles, her career hit a high point during her time as the director of consulting services at Oracle. Prior to retiring, she provided services such as large and successful computer systems, as well as putting together systems to benefit the financial and business sectors. Her colleagues and peers recognize her for increasing revenue, keeping costs down and being a mentor to design and computer systems professionals. At Oracle, she was skilled in working with clients’ business, finance, distribution, retail and the inventory. Ms. Sandberg picked up software quickly and could customize solutions for every client that came her way.
When first attending college, Ms. Sandberg’s interests differed from where her career eventually would take her. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese history. She continued her education at Brigham Young University, but switched began pursuing business. At BYU, she earned a Master of Science in information systems. At this point, she was not complete with her education, and returned to the University of Utah to earn a Master of Arts in communications and media. In addition to these degrees, she is a certified professional information and lifetime computer professional manager. One of her greatest honors was receiving the U.S. Presidential Award for the Most Uniquely Designed Computer System and Information System of the Time for the Northwest Alaskan Pipeline.
