George E.J. Diner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Diner Industries, LLC, a leading industrial company and provider of construction and building services to create modular steel building units and container homes from recycled shipping containers. Specializing in architecture and sustainability, Mr. Diner supervises the company’s employees, manages construction experiments on recycling shipping containers to make habitats, and experiments with new sustainable products, paints and cellulose insulation. “The most challenging part [of my work] has been to promote this sustainability,” Mr. Diner said in an informative interview with EliteAMERICAN Publishing. “People are more receptive than they were years ago, and people are more aware.”

Mr. Diner markedly notes that he became involved in his profession because he wanted to help reduce global climate change by recycling and utilizing sustainable non-renewable energy sources. He has studied comprehensively in Buenos Aires, Argentina, having completed coursework at the Import-Export Bank of Boston, and at Enterprise University. He also studied engineering at the University of Buenos Aires, and at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.

“The most rewarding part is when I show people what I’m doing, they really think it’s a great idea,” Mr. Diner said. “It’s beautiful and you may like it or you may not but the sustainability and the affordability make it a great idea.” He looks forward to a bright future, which will encompass his making valuable contributions to his field through innovative and forward thinking and planning; he would even like to conduct lectures on sustainability within the field of construction. “I will be helping people to have their first sustainable house and a house that they never dreamed of. Most of my work is in Argentina. I just opened a company in the states called Diner Industries and we are working with the government of Venezuela as well to build affordable housing.”
