Mr. Rashkovsky is distinguished for more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been with Eagle Pharmaceuticals Inc. for nearly five years, and brings his prior experience in regulatory affairs to the company. As an expert in pharmaceutical development, he looks after the process from the beginning stages through to approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
In this position, working in regulatory affairs calls for skills in strategic planning, handling due diligence and submission preparation, and identifying and solving regulatory and technical issues. He is also responsible for approving products and filing out the documentation for the FDA. Mr. Rashkovsky got his start in the industry with a bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry that he earned in Russia. He attended Long Island University (Now LIU Post), and received a Master of Science in industrial pharmacy. He is currently affiliated with the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and the Drug Information Association.
His introduction to the industry started in a quality control laboratory as a chemist. From there, through his dedication and hard work, he worked his way up the vice president position. Fueled by his natural interest and enjoyment in the work that he does, Mr. Rashkovsky has approved 17 products throughout his career. In five years, he intends on scaling back and growing his role as a consultant.
