Over the course of the past decade and a half, Mr. Baron has channeled his passion for the field into his positions with JMB Special Events, Inc., which provides event planning and management services for corporate groups. On a day-to-day basis, in his roles as president and CEO, he manages events and ensures deadlines and budgets are adhered to. Additionally, he coordinates activities, prepares venues, and manages staffing. A member of the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau Board of Directors, Mr. Baron excels in his field because of his prior industry experiences with the U.S. Air Force, and his educational background, which includes coursework in communications. During his spare time, he enjoys giving back to the community through the Rotary Club of San Juan, and the Junior Achievement of San Juan, where he used to serve as the chairman. In the coming years, Mr. Baron intends to move into the consulting side of the industry.
