Mr. Aarseth is a native of Norway and has been with Ekornes since 1980. He moved to the U.S. two years ago to start up J.E. Ekornes USA, Inc. as its president. An expert in the whole business process, he is responsible for overseeing the growth and strategic planning of the company in the U.S., as well as production and operations, setting goals, and following up with business development. Mr. Aarseth takes great pride in his work and has garnered a reputation as a well-respected leader who is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality services.

Throughout his career, he has been in different areas of the company, including as plant manager at J.E. Ekornes AS for six and a half years. He is an engineer by trade and education, and has progressed steadily in management and leadership with Ekornes. Mr. Aarseth believes he is living proof that Ekornes is a fantastic company to work for to achieve success, and attributes his success to his hands-on approach. In the coming years, Mr. Aarseth will continue growing the company in the U.S., and eventually retire and settle back in Norway.
