She became an independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay, Inc. more than 30 years ago and has enjoyed utilizing her skills in sales, coaching, customer service and event planning to consult with clients, build her network and sell the company’s products. Ms. Rheinhardt has received ample recognition for her work; she was awarded Annual Unit Miss Go Give 10 times, Annual Unit Queen of Retail Sales 14 times, and was awarded 1994 Grand Am for team accomplishments. She attributes her success to persevering and overcoming challenges. In the coming years, Ms. Rheinhardt intends to continue to build her company, and to keep enriching and empowering the lives of woman.
