Today, Ms. Skeen is a highly regarded and well-established executive who specializes in project operations, client management, product development, customer relations and systems implementation.

Ms. Skeen draws on her past experience and strong skill set to drive the success of Opennet. In her role as director, she is responsible for preparing quotes, processing cash, entering orders, ensuring investment control, training, documenting, monitoring ongoing equipment maintenance, building and maintaining customer relations, and handling customers’ issues. She also manages cost and expenses for the company’s largest client for 60–plus projects at any given time while maintaining a 45 percent annual net profit margin, collaborates with partners and other team members, and performs quarterly and annual audits. Ms. Skeen is a self-proclaimed perfectionist. She has an impeccable work ethic that she utilizes on a daily basis to assist the company in achieving its goals. Her commitment to deliver results has made her the one people go to to help them find a solution to their issues.

In addition to her position at Openet, Ms. Skeen is a founding member and VP of customer support and operations for ArdaCOM, with overall responsibility for customer service and operations.
