Ms. Lasson originally wanted to pursue a career in accounting, but a friend steered her toward the insurance industry. She realized she loved the industry and has been working in it for the past 45 years. Before joining Flagstaff Insurance, Inc. in 2004, Ms. Lasson was the area vice president of Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. for more than 22 years. Her experience exposed her to different facets of the industry and she became well versed in underwriting, commercial real estate, liability and general insurance.

A certified insurance counselor, Ms. Lasson excels at writing articles, hosting seminars and speaking publically on various insurance topics. She enjoys educating her clients while handling the day-to-day responsibilities of serving as director of Flagstaff Insurance, Inc. In her role, Ms. Lasson is responsible for dealing with new and existing clients, assisting clients with their commercial insurance needs, working with clients internationally, attending committee meetings, and renewing contracts. She believes she has been able to excel in the field due to her tenacity. Looking toward the future, Ms. Lasson plans to continue working in the insurance industry.
