Ms. Bratisax has been serving in her position for the past 30 years and is recognized for her expertise in analytical assessments and knowledge of ingredient functionality. In her role, she is responsible for outsourcing of new ingredients and finished products for Bimbo Bakeries USA, writing ingredient specifications, managing front-end nutritional workups for regulatory groups, attending annual millers meetings, and training personnel on testing procedures.
