He gained an interest in the field and has spent the past 45 years honing his skills in project management across numerous sectors. Mr. Nipp has worked on projects in global engineering, construction and manufacturing engineering. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing significant projects, handling P&L, focusing on meeting project commitments, and leading the design, testing, planning, and implementation of complex projects.Mr. Nipp started his career at MW Kellogg in 1968. He served in various roles with the company over a 17-year period before he joined Raytheon. He also worked for BE&K and KBR, Inc. Mr. Nipp’s extensive experience exposed him to all facets of the industry and he became well versed in building dynamic teams, working on turnaround projects, and writing proposals.A certified project management professional through the Project Management Institute, he attributes his success to his negotiation and mediation skills, and ability to understand construction contractors.
