Donn Sullivan is the senior vice president and designated broker at Grubb & Ellis Company, a real estate firm that provides clients with commercial real estate advisory services. Mr. Sullivan has worked in all areas of real estate including land, retail and leasing over his 57-year career. He joined Grubb & Ellis Company 15 years ago and has become an integral part of the company’s success. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring that younger brokers stay current with their continuing education hours in order to stay active and licensed in the state, maintaining an established clientele, acquiring properties for development, leasing, dealing with laboratories, office land and buildings, and selling medical real estate properties in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Sullivan was recently designated as a triple net broker in the firm, enabling them to purchase properties for international clients in Oregon. He also was involved in one of the biggest office acquisitions, 260,000 sq. ft, in Portland. For his exceptional work, Mr. Sullivan earned the Most Valuable Broker of the Year Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association International. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed real estate agent in Oregon and Washington, and is actively involved in numerous professional organizations. He attributes all the success he has experienced throughout his career to his ethics and integrity.
