Boris Kushnir learned woodworking skills from his father, and followed tradition by attending and graduating from the Art Woodworking Trade College and Academy of Forestry in St. Petersburg, Russia. The artisan skills and experience he attained inspired him to pursue his high ideals of professionalism, and he moved his family to the United States in order to improve his art and craft, while expanding his knowledge and experience. For more than 30 years, Mr. Kushnir has gained professional recognition in the construction industry for residential and commercial projects in California. Through a combination of his craftsmanship, art, design and engineering values, Mr. Kushnir discovered that he could perform projects with the best possible workmanship and service quality, not just with an additional cost, but with an additional saving. He established Architectural Sourcing Inc., a construction professionals network that works on commercial and residential projects with high budgets, in 2011. In his roles, Mr. Kushnir is responsible for coordinating projects and conducting architectural design-detailing. Under his leadership, the company has earned the highest recognition, including recognition from the Woodwork Institute of California Certified Compliance, for its building design projects. Mr. Kushnir’s company has worked on the private aircraft interiors for President Ronald Reagan, and the Air Force Base in El Segundo, and supervised the Bowing 747 interior for Prince Saud Al-Faisal of Saudi Arabia. He attributes his success to being a hardworking immigrant, and to his ability to develop strong and amicable relationships with clients. Mr. Kushnir intends to continue providing top-notch services to clients for years to come.
