Mr. Ferguson started working for AIG in 1978 and has become an integral part of the company’s staff. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the national accounts division of the company’s risk management group for global loss prevention, focusing on the management of consulting services to accounts with annual revenue exceeding $700 million, and acting as the chief regulatory compliance officer for global loss prevention and as the vendor management coordinator. Mr. Ferguson has been credited with moving the risk consulting services forward to more of a value-based consultancy.
