For the past four years, Mr. Oliphant has served as the president and chief executive officer of AlwaysOn, a health care staffing company that provides nurse staffing for home health care companies and medical facilities. Mr. Oliphant made the decision to start his own company because he wanted to do something truly great with his life and create something of his own. In the health care industry, he recognized the potential to utilize his strengths in a way that would be beneficial to the community. As the president and CEO, Mr. Oliphant is responsible for planning the company’s long-term operation strategies, managing the accountability of the office staff and temporary staff, developing relationships with important new clients, overseeing all company finances, sourcing staff openings, meeting with clients, and supervising a staff of 70 employees. Mr. Oliphant believes his hard work, belief in himself and willingness to continue learning and growing have enabled him to become a leader in the health care staffing industry. Looking toward the future, he plans to continue investing in himself and strategize to take his business to the franchise level. He will soon be opening new locations in Phoenix.
