Dr. Boyetchko, an expert on biopesticide technology, currently conducts research on behalf of a leading research and technology company. She is also in charge of working for the federal government’s research branch. With more than 21 years of professional experience under her belt, Dr. Boyetchko lends her talents to a field that she feels proud to serve.

Upon reflecting on a successful career, Dr. Boyetchko feels that she has been able to thrive professionally due to the passion for her work that she has maintained over the years. She has always wanted to conduct meaningful research, and her desire to do so led her toward her current career path. She attributes her success to hard work, giving presentations, and attending meetings at the national and international levels. The highlights of her career were obtaining patents that she has received in the field.

Dr. Boyetchko is the former president of the Canadian Weed Science Society. She holds a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from the University of Alberta. She supports a number of worthy causes in her spare time, including United Way Worldwide. She also takes pleasure in gardening. In looking forward to a bright future, Dr. Boyetchko hopes to work on new projects, and to also expand on them.
