Patrick S. Witte is the Vice President of Global Rental Accounts for HIMOINSA, a manufacturer of power generators, diesel generators, and mobile generators, and leading provider of power solutions and rental range generator sets. Lauded by his peers and clients as an expert in business development, Mr. Witte strives for excellence in his endeavors as an executive leader by adeptly and skillfully applying practical techniques he has discovered over the course of an illustrious 41-year career. He is primarily in charge of working with major rental companies from all over the world, calling on chief executive officers, presidents and vice presidents to develop the HIMOINSA Generators brand within those companies, and spending more than 50 percent of his time traveling overseas.

Mr. Witte builds lasting and stalwart relationships with those with whom he works. He negotiates contracts and deals, and speaks professionally regarding relationship development at local colleges and charitable organizations. He also conducts field training for major accounts internationally. Mr. Witte was prompted to follow his current career path through his work in The Ohio State University athletics department, where he befriended David Williams, a major stakeholder with WW Williams Co. Mr. Williams convinced Mr. Witte to enter the world of business.

Mr. Witte has been in the construction equipment business since 1971, both on the distribution side and the manufacturing side. He attributes his success to his knowledge of and ability to develop relationships long-term. Mr. Witte holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The Ohio State University, and he has completed Six Sigma Training, as well as Lean Training at Toyota Motor North America Inc.
