She is also responsible for managing a staff of 50 talented individuals through the use of her expertise in operations and management. Prompted by her desire to make the most of her professional background and more than 50 years of experience, Ms. Layton began working at her husband’s company, and has since been able to make valuable contributions to the critical care equipment manufacturing industry.
