Upon reflecting on a successful career, Mr. Phillips now attributes his success to his dedication and hard work.

With 17 years of professional experience under his belt, Mr. Phillips strives for excellence in his every endeavor. He supports a number of worthy causes, serving as a volunteer at Knox County Schools in his spare time. He looks forward to earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in the near future, and also to establishing his own plant. When he is not working, Mr. Phillips takes pleasure in farming, fishing, camping, and engaging in outdoor sporting activities.
