At present, Mr. Doyle is in charge of maintaining standards in nine states for water meter installations for 900,000 customers and metering for accurate billing, and handling automated meter readings and the standardization for these readings. He also negotiates with manufacturers on pricing, oversees purchasing and installation ventures, and supervises meter readings, as well as the manner in which meters are read, ensuring that they are accurately billed. Mr. Doyle prides himself on getting to know how everything works before doing the work.

Mr. Doyle has garnered a reputation of distinction for his outstanding efforts, earning the prestigious George Anderson Award, as granted by the Water Works Association in 2005. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge over the course of an illustrious career, which spans 33 years, and he continues to strive for excellence in his every endeavor. Mr. Doyle is the President of the Condo Association, and he remains abreast of trends and developments in his field as a member of the American Water Works Association and the Eastern Meter Management Association, as well.
