For nearly 25 years, Mr. Paska has fostered versatile professional skills in networking and communications, which have shone through the work that he performs. At the helm of the provider of decision support technology and management consulting services, he supervises a full-time staff of 10 employees and 100 contingency employees. A focused and savvy professional, Mr. Paska serves as a development guru for the Chesapeake Innovation Center, which includes 10 advanced technology firms, all the while developing his company and shaping its offerings, and supporting Federal and State Governments in security operations. He provides corporate vision to his company, interfaces with customers in systems integration and government industries, consults with share holders on matters of company policies and procedures, and recruits talented individuals to his team.

Inspired by the added knowledge gained from his experience gained from business consulting opportunities to pursue his current career path, Mr. Paska has been able to make valuable contributions to national security. After his spine was fractured in 1986, he quit his position at Sears Brands, LLC and furthered his education so that he could begin working as a defense consultant. He also served 11 years in the U.S. Army National Guard and two years as an armor officer in the U.S. Army. He was deployed in Germany and served a total of 25 years in the army, retiring as a major. He remains current of advancements made in business and defense as a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, AFCEA International, The Grunwald Club, and The American Small Business Coalition.
