For more than three decades, Mr. Thurman has found great success in health care management through his hard work and consistency. He worked for Greensville Memorial Hospital as an administrator for 25 years before founding Personal Touch Home Care Services. With that amount of experience behind him, he easily coordinates the operations of seven locations while overseeing the accounting department and staff. In addition, he is the CEO of two more home care services: Southern Touch Home Care and Moore Home Care.

Mr. Thurman developed his administrative know-how at Marshall University, where he completed a bachelor’s degree, and Duke University. In 2009, he was recognized as American Solutions’ Business Entrepreneur of the Year. Outside of his work, Mr. Thurman also serves on the board of directors of Southside Virginia Community College and Personal Providers Association. He has also been named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International as a result of his generous support over the years.
