Along with her consulting work she is a distributor for Nu Skin Enterprises and works as an independent travel agent.

Jeannine Ferrari Consulting provides business consultations, organizational development and human resource services. As the owner and consultant, Ms. Ferrari offers consultations on general business and human resource issues, manages compliance of human resource laws and regulations, recruits the best employees to fit the needs of her customers, and facilitates in small business start-ups. With her dedication and hard work Ms. Ferrari is able to help others succeed, but she attributes her success to her tenacity and unique approach to situations. As a woman working in various large engineering firms, Ms. Ferrari learned to pursue her goals despite her surroundings and she never gave up until that goal was met.

A graduate of the University of California in San Diego, Ms. Ferrari earned a master’s degree in business management with a concentration in organizational development and dynamics in 1995. She holds a certification as a facilitator from Development Dimensions International and a certification in human resource management from the University of California in San Diego. She volunteers with her local Planned Parenthood on her free time, and holds affiliations with the San Diego Chapter of the North County Personnel Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
