Mr. Couch has lent his expertise in negotiation to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for the past 12 years. As the business manager, he is responsible for enforcing contracts and managing arbitrations. Additionally, he maintains contracts with four shipyards, a food service group and a public utility group. He became involved with the brotherhood after he was asked to be a union steward while he worked at a shipyard. 

Drawing upon 37 years of professional experience, Mr. Couch plans to explore opportunities in consulting in the near future.
