She has developed and conducted training courses in JAD/JRP facilitation and systems re-engineering, and co-developed a standard method-set for systems re-engineering. She has over 16 years of experience in planning, analyzing, designing and building data warehouses, and has utilized her skills in developing a method-set for implementing data warehouses as well as a business data dictionary. She co-authored the book, “DW 2.0: The Architecture for the Next Generation of Data Warehousing,” with Bill Inmon, the father of data warehousing.

A graduate of Leningrad Polytechnic Institute, Mrs. Neushloss earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Planning. She holds a certification in Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture; she is certified as a Government Information Factory Architect and a DW 2.0 Architect. She holds affiliations with the Data Warehousing Institute and the Data Management Association International.
