Ms. Schrimshaw began her career with FlightSafety International Inc. 32 years ago when it was small business. Today, FlightSafety International Inc is an internationally recognized training institute known for its aviation training, and design and manufacture of state-of-the-art simulators for a wide range of businesses and commercial aircrafts.

As the lead technical librarian, Ms. Schrimshaw is tasked with overseeing the technical manuals library, managing export control data, and maintaining aircraft data for engineers and pilots. She also plays an integral role in assisting engineers in designing and building flight simulators. Highly accomplished, Ms. Schrimshaw transformed and upgraded the library to incorporate state-of-the-art technology and the latest procedures.

Ms. Schrimshaw completed coursework in business administration, law and computer science. She attributes all the success she has experienced throughout her storied career to her hard work and passion for her profession. In the near future, Ms. Schrimshaw would like to continue growing professionally and, eventually, utilize her experience and industry knowledge to get involved in consulting.
