Douglas N. Cloutier is an Architectural Drafter and Designer for Apollo Professional Services, a premier consultancy that offers services nationwide. In his role, Mr. Cloutier offers expertise in the design of manufacturing cell layouts, the management of outside contractors, and interior commercial renovation and design.  He ensured the stability of the firm by drafting and designing the new research and development facility for international auto parts manufacturer Stanadyne Corporation in Connecticut. During his five-year assignment, Mr. Cloutier co-ordinated the first three months of the client’s e-Bay selling project and trained his successor.  He also oversaw the rental carpet service contractor and managed the processes and inventory database studies for the purpose of downsizing the local plant at Windsor, designing new excel spreadsheets for those and other projects. He became involved in his profession through his interest in graphic layout and web publishing. Another highlight of his career was the construction of a forensics teaching and research laboratory while he was a contractor at the University of Connecticut.
