Dennis Morgan is the Maintenance Supervisor at the Utilities/Water Reclamation Department of the City of Cape Coral. After developing an interest in the mechanical field through rigorous training and by maintaining an array of duties and responsibilities at a number of jobs, Mr. Morgan found that the industry and field in which he now works came as a natural progression and opportunity. Considered by his professional peers to be an authority on water reclamation, operations and maintenance, and shipbuilding, Mr. Morgan is currently responsible for performing supervision, operation and maintenance of the water reclamation collections section, in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the City of Cape Coral, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and U.S. Environmental Protection Association. Mr. Morgan has received several awards and honors for his exceptional efforts, and he continues to strive for excellence in his every endeavor. He received a Letter of Appreciation from the Foreign Vessel Boarding Officer of the U.S. Coast Guard, and for Reactor Fill Pump Preparations on the Aircraft Carrier Program. Additionally, Mr. Morgan has received a Certificate of Appreciation for his work on the Reactor Test Head and Filter for the same program. He attributes his success to the values imparted by his parents, the professionalism of the military, the training and discipline he received in the military, and the dedication, hard work, attitude, and initiative he has shown in each of the fields in which he has worked.
