In her capacity as project manager for Ascension Health, a health-care system that is rooted in the loving ministry of Jesus as healer, committed to serving all persons with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable, Ms. Christian utilizes her ever-emergent skill set in the areas of business intelligence, application administration, materials management, and server and personal computer builds. She makes the most of her proficiencies in order to support the initiatives of the Catholic ministry that is dedicated to spiritually centered, holistic care, which sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities. She ensures all projects are completed on time, conducts proper team staffing, writes reports in Microsoft SQL, and creates DTS packages for importation into business intelligence software, including HBI and Hyperion, for usage in reporting for upper management.

Ms. Christian has a strong background in the documentation of policies, procedures and visual presentations in an effort to educate others on how their actions affect both upstream and downstream executives. She is the project manager for Ascension Health, which is transforming health care by providing the highest quality care to all, paying special attention to the poor and vulnerable. It is the nation’s largest nonprofit Catholic health system, and the third-largest system based on revenues. As a project manager, she was responsible for the information technology portion of bringing the 119 health facilities live, as well as being a major participant in 13 core application changes in 2004. She has also implemented and administrated the materials management application and business intelligence applications. She has been at the hospital through many of its changes, some of which are ongoing. She thinks the hospital’s job of taking care of patients will never be completed because its parent company, Ascension Health, is always striving to find new and better ways to give the best care to patients at all of its facilities.
