Over the course of a 23-year spanning career, Mr. Hrkal has honed a skill set that has allowed him to shine as an executive and as a business owner. His expertise includes the production and distribution of cellular concrete, lightweight aggregate applications, lightweight concrete and construction materials. Mr. Hrkal previously worked as a salesman at Lightweight Distributing Co., Inc. In 1992, he helped start up Midwest Cellular Concrete, which is now doing business as Cellular Concrete, Inc. Both companies were under the same ownership. He work within and acquired 49-percent ownership of both companies in 2001 and purchased the remaining holdings for both in January 2007. He also started another company called Highway Safety Zone, which provides distribution of highway work zone safety equipment as well as permanent safety equipment for highway safety.

Mr. Hrkal is responsible for overseeing credit monitoring services and production and concrete construction, and for managing finances and building relationships with his customers. Inspired by the abundant work experience he had amassed in the concrete industry, Mr. Hrkal was moved to establish his company and provide top of the line services, as well as his in-depth industry knowledge and financial discipline to his clients. The highlights of his career were becoming partner in two companies and subsequently purchasing both in January 2007. He looks forward to a prosperous future in which he plans to expand nationwide and offer worldwide consulting services.
